Follow this step-by-step guide to quickly and effortlessly set up your Roga device. Within minutes, you’ll be ready to experience relaxation and effective stress relief whenever you need it.
Gently clean the area behind your ears using soap, water, and a washcloth, then pat dry.
Snap a stimulation pad onto each ear hook from the electrode pack.
Place each ear hook over your ear, ensuring the stimulation pad sticks directly onto the bone behind your ear, with no hair trapped underneath.
Plug the lead wire and power adapter into your Roga device, then connect the device to your smartphone.
Open the Roga app, navigate to the Device tab, and tap Connect.
iOS
Upon first use, you’ll see a prompt requesting permission to find and connect to the device - tap “Allow”.
If the prompt doesn’t appear, go to Settings > Apps > Roga and ensure Local Network permission is enabled.
Android
You’ll see a permission request to find and connect to the Roga device - tap “Ok".
Wait a few seconds until your phone detects the Roga device
Tap Start Stimulation. A blue light 🔵 will confirm your device is active.
🔵 Blue: Your device is successfully connected and delivering stimulation.
🔴 Red: The pads aren’t correctly positioned. Check the pads for proper adhesion to the skin behind your ears, ensure no hair is trapped underneath, and confirm that all cables and connections are secure.
🟣 Pink: The device is in sleep mode. Tap Start Stimulation in the app to activate it.
Slide the physical intensity slider upward on the device to a comfortable level—you may feel slight tingling, but it’s effective even if you don’t.
Use Roga daily for 20–60 minutes, even when you don’t feel stressed, for optimal effectiveness.
Unplug your device, gently remove ear hooks, place pads in their package, and store everything safely in the carrying case.
